Who Runs the Digital World? Girls!

“Fun” fact before we begin, women make up only about one-third of digital marketing strategists; why? Are men better at digital marketing? Do women not want to be digital marketers? NO! Actually, quite the opposite is true; one of the most shocking facts that showed up in a recent study is that women were 11% digitally better than men. The problem lies in not only biases within companies but also the fact that lack of representation creates a lack of confidence in people seeking careers. And In case you hadn’t noticed all the #womenshistorymonth in your feed, March is Women’s History Month, so we want to celebrate and represent a few influential women in the social media and digital marketing industry!
